"AI-Quantum technology is essential for the future of smart and secure networks"

Article:To build fast, secure and reliable digital networks in the future, it will be essential to use Artificial Intelligence (AI), Quantum Computing and Quantum Communication together.These technologies will give a new direction to the internet, cyber security and communication systems in the coming times.On this subject, a 5-day international workshop "Next-Gen Quantum Intelligence: AI for Network Optimization and Edgenetics" started on Monday at NIT Raipur.Scientists, professors, researchers and students from India and abroad are participating in the workshop.At the inauguration:Chief Guest: Prof. Sanjeev Parashar, Director, IIIT RaipurPatron: Prof. N. V. Ramana Rao, Director, NIT Raipur  Other guests: Prof. Rajkumar Buyya, University of Melbourne & Dr. Titash Mandal, IIT KharagpurProf. Sudhakar Pandey said that future networks will not work with just speed. They also need to be secure, intelligent and adaptive as per need. 

For this, the integration of AI, Quantum Computing and Quantum Communication is the most important step.Experts said in their addresses that technology is changing very fast. In such a time, it is not enough to do research limited to one subject. 

There is a need for multidisciplinary research by bringing together Quantum technology, AI and Networking.
